This service fee applies whenever a technician is dispatched to your home or business for an after-hours weekend emergency service call received between 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM on a Saturday or Sunday. We offer 4 hour response from the time the request is accepted. This fee helps cover the technician’s time, travel expenses, fuel costs, insurance, and other essential operational expenses required to deliver high-quality service. It includes travel and up to one hour for diagnosing the issue but does not cover any repairs.
