Critical Emergency Service Fee (M - F, 4 PM - 8 PM) - 2 Hours (Commercial)

This service fee applies whenever a technician is dispatched to your business for critical priority emergency service call. We offer a 2 hour response. This fee helps cover the technician’s time, travel expenses, fuel costs, insurance, and other essential operational expenses required to deliver high-quality service. It includes travel and up to one hour for diagnosing the issue but does not cover any repairs.

  1. Service requests must be submitted Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM.
  2. We guarantee a technician will arrive within 2 hours of receiving your request.
  3. The service charge is non-refundable and applies regardless of satisfaction. It cannot be credited toward repair costs.
